Ella-Kathryn is a Junior at Scottsbluff High School in Scottsbluff, NE. Her scholastic ambition is to obtain a Masters Degree in Healthy Psychology with an emphasis on Nutrition. She is the current official youth ambassador for Food Bank for the Heartland. Ella-Kathryn believes combating food insecurity and eliminating food deserts in Nebraska requires a comprehensive approach that combines advocacy, fundraising, and legislation to create lasting change.
