Raechel graduated from Seattle University in 2019 with a B. A. in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration. She is currently a Trade Facilitation Specialist in Commodities with Viterra. Her Goal is to continue using her economics degree in the agriculture industry and obtain a master's degree in Agricultural Studies.

She is a two-time National Roller Skating Champion and a First Generation College Graduate. She is an Omaha TRAC camp counselor and TRAC--Life mentor. Her goal as a titleholder is to take her skates into every school district, speak at all school assemblies and help students roll into their purpose.
