Chelsea has a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri. She wants to ensure that every student learns basic literacy skills, furthering her goal of inspiring the next generation of lifelong learners and dreamers. With competent reading skills, anyone can achieve their goals. She believes the title of Miss Douglas County will enhance her influence in stressing the importance of individuals taking charge of their own lifelong learning experiences, starting with basic literacy skills. Chelsea's ambition is to work on the legal team for one of the major fashion houses.
